On Sunday 22nd June FCC XI beat Cavaliers and Carrington 3rd XI in the first round of the Popkess Cup at Birchover Park, Bilborough.
Cavs batted first scoring 166 all out with Alex West taking a 4 fer.
Farnsfield chased down the score within 30 overs with Peter Frettingham scoring 48 runs and Ben Kilford scoring an impressive 88 runs not out.
FCC now face Calverton CC 1st XI in the quarter finals this will be a home fixture date TBC.
